Good (Delphi) Programming Practices
Interviews or case studies with people who use good programming practices using Delphi. For example how they implement source code management (eg Subversion, Git) or how they implement automated testing and builds (eg DUnit, Finalbuilder). How they organise code in their projects?

Interview with Niklaus Wirth
Submitted by Wouter via email . . .
While I was reading about Niklaus Wirth on Wikipedia, I realized that he’s starting to get old (he’s 75 now), and there are some thing I’d like to know or hear from him.
Why not have a short interview with him?
I’m sure it’ll be interesting what the man has to say, and it shouldn’t be too hard to get in touch with him.
· Certain decisions and compromised he’s made when designing Pascal;
· If he’s used Delphi;
· If he’s aware of recent language modifications like anonymous methods and generics,…

Get someone from the Skype team on the show
The Skype client for Windows appears to be the No.1 cited high-profile app written in Delphi. Let's get someone of their dev team on the show and talk about it!
26 votesI have had no luck contacting someone from Skype, and I would love to have them on the show. If anyone knows someone at Skype, please let me know, or have them contact me. Thanks!

Interview the new Delphi PM Michael Rozlog
I think Michael has had long enough to settle into his new role of Product Manager for RAD Studio since taking over from Nick Hodges before we test him.
I would like to see Michael on the show to talk about the Delphi product roadmap and take some questions from listeners.

subversion tutorial for delphi
With Delphi projects having to play with a lot of other technologies, particularly web based, it would be great if someone could explain how to use source code version control systems like Subversion in Delphi and how D code can be integrated with other technology's code in SVN.

Interview Nick Bradbury, creator of FeedDemon
I would love to hear Nick Bradbury (http://nick.typepad.com/), creator of FeedDemon interviewed. He is in the enviable position of being paid to write great software that his company allows him to distribute for free.
He is also known for his approach to simplifying software and removing features instead of constantly adding new ones and was recently the credited inspiration for a new Google Reader feature (http://googlereader.blogspot.com/2009/08/flurry-of-features-for-feed-readers.html).
I would love to hear about how Nick got started on shareware development and about how his development process works as well as what have been his greatest programming realisations…

Interview Niels Jensen
One of the orginal compiler engineers and stakeholders in Borland. Ask about the history of those early days. And in particular the big break between him and Borland after which he setup up TopSpeed. His opinion on current industry direction language design and Delphi.
(I can give a more detailed list questions)8 votesSounds interesting. I would need contact information for Niels as well as your list of questions.

Pod cast with an ordinary Delphi developer
We have heard (thanks Jim) lots of good things from the PM, Evangelists but I would like to hear an average Delphi developer talking about his day-to-day challanges, the company atmosphere and his/her sense where the technology will lead us.
